AAJneeti Connect Ltd. ("AAJneeti," "we," "us") understands that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your project with us. This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our services, including lead generation, political campaigning, content marketing, and web and app development.

To cancel your project with AAJneeti, you must provide written notice via email to alok@aajneeti.social. We will acknowledge your cancellation request via email within 2 business days.

Due to the time-sensitive nature of our work and the custom strategy development involved, all services provided by AAJneeti are generally non-refundable. This includes:

• Project strategy and planning
• Content creation (written, visual, or audio)
• Campaign setup and execution (lead generation, political campaigning, etc.)
• Development work (web, app)

We guarantee to deliver the agreed-upon number of qualified leads within the specified timeframe. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:

Qualified Leads Definition

"Qualified Leads" refer to potential customers who meet the criteria you define, including:

• Expressing genuine interest in your products or services in the first interaction.
• Having the budget for your offerings.
• Making an enquiry about your products or services.

Client Responsibilities

• You will define the criteria for qualified leads within the Agreement.
• Upon receiving leads in your CRM system, you or your team must contact them within 24 hours.
• You must provide us with detailed feedback on each lead, categorizing them as 'Interested', 'Not Interested', 'Unreachable', or 'Invalid', with explanations for the latter three categories.

AAJneeti Verification

Our team may contact leads marked as 'Not Interested', 'Unreachable', or 'Invalid' to verify your feedback and assess their potential for conversion.

Refund Eligibility

If, after considering your feedback and our verification process, we fail to deliver the promised number of qualified leads, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refund Calculation

In the case of a shortfall, we will deduct the charges for the qualified leads already delivered from the total project cost. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 15 working days.

In exceptional circumstances, AAJneeti may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for situations like unforeseen project termination or project scope changes. Please contact us for details on these situations and the factors considered for such refunds.

AAJneeti will not offer any refunds for:

• Cancellation requests received after work has begun on the project.
• Project delays caused by the client, such as unresponsiveness or lack of timely approvals.
• Dissatisfaction with the project results due to factors beyond AAJneeti's control, such as changes in market conditions or unrealistic expectations.

AAJneeti reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees or expenses incurred before project cancellation from any potential refund amount.
