Pricing

Our services typically range from INR 50,000 to INR 20,00,000, depending on the scope and complexity of your project. We will provide a specific quote based on your needs.

Qualified Leads

1.1. Definition: For the purposes of this Agreement, “Qualified Leads” refer to potential customers who have expressed genuine interest in your products or services in the first call and meet the predefined criteria set by you.

1.2. Lead Qualification Process: Once we deliver leads to your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, you or your team must contact them within 24 hours and provide us with feedback on each lead. This feedback should indicate whether the lead is interested, invalid or turns out to be a broker.

1.3. Replacement of Leads: If a lead is determined to be not interested, invalid, or a broker in the first attempt, we will replace it with new leads. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the lead if it needs to be replaced. We define ‘invalid’ leads as ones who are not looking for your products or services at all and click the link accidentally. ‘Not interested’ leads are ones who do not want to go ahead with what you have to offer.

1.4. Guaranteed Leads: We guarantee that at least 60% of the leads provided will be qualified. We also promise to deliver the agreed-upon number of qualified leads within the specified time frame. 

1.5. Refund of Money: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the leads provided to you, please discuss your concerns with us. After mutual agreement, you may request a refund.

The cost of the delivered qualified leads, as per our agreement, will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days.

Results and Delivery Time

2.1. Initial Lead Delivery Time: You can expect to see results from the 5th working day of the campaign. Lead delivery will commence according to the agreed-upon timeline.

2.2. Project Completion Time: We commit to delivering the proposed number of leads within 30 days. If we are unable to meet the target within the given timeframe, we may require an additional week to fulfil the agreed-upon quantity.

Call Handling and CRM Usage

3.1. CRM and Call Handing Rules: It is mandatory to use the CRM provided by our company. Leads will be considered qualified if calls are made and updated in the CRM on the first attempt.

24 Hour Rule

3.2 Call and Feedback Obligation: You must contact each lead within 24 hours of receiving it and promptly share the feedback with us.

3.3. Consequences of Failure: If you fail to call a lead within 24 hours or neglect to provide feedback, we will assume the lead is valid and it will not be eligible for replacement.

Landing Page Creation

4.1. Design and Approval: We will create a landing page for your campaign and seek your approval before implementing it. The landing page design and content will be tailored to your requirements and aligned with your brand.

4.2. Approval Process: You will have the opportunity to review the landing page and request reasonable changes. Once you approve the final design, we will proceed with running the campaigns.

4.3. Content Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the content, images, and any other materials provided for the landing page creation comply with applicable laws and regulations. You indemnify us against any liability arising from the use of such content.

Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to our website, services, and any materials provided by us, remain the sole property of AAJneeti Advertising or its licensors.

5.2. Usage Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. Disclaimer: While we are committed to a 60% qualified guarantee, we do not guarantee conversions as calling people and closing deals (sales) are not within our scope of service.

6.2. Indirect Damages: In no event shall AAJneeti Advertising or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

6.3. Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific services in question.

Termination

7.1. Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

7.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any remaining obligations, including confidentiality and intellectual property provisions, will continue to apply.

Privacy and Confidentiality

8.1. Data Protection: We will handle any personal data or information collected from you or your leads in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement confidential and not disclose it to third parties without the written consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law.

Governing Law

9.1. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Noida jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
