Employment with the Company implies acceptance of this policy along with the individual appointment letter.
Employment Classification
Employees may be engaged under the following categories:
Probationary Employees
Confirmed Employees
Contractual Employees
Consultants / Advisors
Each employee shall receive a formal written appointment letter defining compensation, role, reporting structure, notice conditions, and other employment terms.
In case of any conflict between this policy and the individual appointment letter, the terms of the appointment letter shall prevail.
Background Verification
The Company reserves the right to conduct background checks, reference verification, and credential validation.
If any material misrepresentation, false information, or suppression of facts is discovered at any stage, employment may be terminated immediately without notice.
Probation Policy
All new hires shall undergo a probation period of 6 months, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Confirmation shall only occur through written communication issued by management.
During probation:
Performance, punctuality, discipline, and cultural alignment shall be assessed.
The Company reserves the right to terminate employment without notice or notice pay, subject to salary for actual days worked.
Probation may be extended at management discretion.
No employee shall be deemed confirmed unless a written confirmation letter is issued.
Working Hours, Discipline & Attendance
Standard working hours: 9 hours per day including break.
Weekly schedule: 6 working days unless otherwise specified.
Attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
Repeated late reporting, absenteeism, or operational negligence may result in disciplinary action.
The Company may implement biometric, digital, or software-based attendance and monitoring systems.
Code of Conduct
All employees must:
Maintain professional behavior.
Respect organizational hierarchy.
Follow SOPs and operational protocols.
Safeguard client and company data.
Avoid misuse of company resources.
Misconduct includes but is not limited to:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Data theft or unauthorized sharing
Harassment or discrimination
Insubordination
Financial irregularities
Reputational damage to the Company
Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination without notice.
Performance & Accountability Framework
Every role carries defined KPIs and measurable deliverables.
The Company may implement:
Monthly performance reviews
Quarterly evaluations
Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
Continued underperformance may result in reassignment, compensation restructuring, or termination.
Compensation & Statutory Compliance
Salary shall be paid as per appointment terms.
Statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI where applicable) shall be made in accordance with Indian law.
Incentives and bonuses are discretionary and performance-based.
Variable pay structures may be revised based on business needs.
Leave & Absence Policy
Employees may avail:
Casual Leave
Sick Leave (medical documentation may be required)
Emergency Leave (subject to approval)
Unapproved leave may be treated as Leave Without Pay (LWP).
Extended unauthorized absence may result in disciplinary action including termination.
Conflict of Interest
Employees shall not:
Operate competing businesses.
Provide freelance services conflicting with Company operations.
Handle competitor accounts without disclosure.
Engage in activities compromising Company interests.
All conflicts must be disclosed in writing.
Failure to disclose may result in immediate disciplinary action.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All business data including:
Leads
CRM records
Client databases
Campaign strategies
Marketing creatives
Pricing structures
AI systems and proprietary tools
Remain sole property of AAJneeti Connect Ltd.
Employees shall not copy, transfer, download, or share proprietary information without authorization.
All intellectual property created during employment shall belong exclusively to the Company.
Breach may attract civil and criminal proceedings.
Non-Solicitation & Post-Employment Restrictions
To protect business continuity:
Employees shall not solicit Company clients for 12 months after separation.
Employees shall not induce Company employees to resign for competitive engagement.
Company data, pricing strategy, and systems shall not be reused externally.
These restrictions apply irrespective of the nature of separation.
Digital Monitoring & Data Security
The Company reserves the right to:
Monitor official communication channels.
Track usage of company devices and systems.
Audit CRM access logs.
Restrict data transfers to external devices.
All official accounts, ad managers, CRM logins, email systems, and communication tools remain Company property.
Anti-Harassment & Workplace Ethics (POSH Framework)
AAJneeti Connect Ltd. maintains zero tolerance toward:
Sexual harassment
Workplace bullying
Gender discrimination
Verbal or psychological abuse
Where applicable, an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) shall be constituted as per Indian law.
All complaints shall be handled confidentially and resolved within reasonable timelines.
Disciplinary Process
Based on severity, disciplinary measures may include:
Verbal Warning
Written Warning
Performance Improvement Plan
Final Warning
Termination
In cases involving gross misconduct, the Company reserves the right to terminate employment immediately without progressive discipline.
Remote Work & Hybrid Policy
Where permitted:
Employees must maintain availability during defined working hours.
Work tracking tools may be implemented.
Confidentiality obligations remain fully applicable.
Remote access privileges may be modified or revoked at management discretion.
Termination & Notice Period
During Probation
Employment may be terminated without notice or notice pay. Salary shall be paid for actual days worked.
Post Confirmation
Notice period shall be strictly governed by the individual appointment letter.
In case of conflict, the appointment letter shall prevail.
Immediate Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate employment without notice in cases of:
Fraud
Data breach
Financial misconduct
Harassment
Reputational damage
Serious policy violation
Exit & Full & Final Settlement
Upon separation:
All company assets must be returned.
System access shall be revoked immediately.
Clearance from all departments is mandatory.
Salary for actual days worked shall be processed after adjustments.
Experience letter issuance is subject to compliance and clearance.
The Company reserves the right to recover financial losses arising from policy breaches.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Employees may escalate concerns to:
Immediate Reporting Manager
HR Department
Senior Management
All grievances shall be reviewed and addressed within reasonable timelines.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of employment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Amendments & Interpretation
AAJneeti Connect Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at its discretion to align with business and legal requirements.
The interpretation of this policy shall remain at the sole discretion of the management.
Acceptance & Disclaimer
Continued employment with AAJneeti Connect Ltd. signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy framework.
This policy does not constitute a contractual guarantee of continued employment and may be modified at the Company’s discretion.
