About the Role

You will own technical and content SEO across a portfolio of 4-6 retainers — typically a mix of real-estate builder accounts and B2B SaaS clients. The work is editorial-quality content production at cadence, technical-SEO audit and remediation, and authority-link outreach to publications and industry bodies.

We do not do directory spam. We do not buy links from Fiverr. We pitch editorial content to Mint, YourStory, Inc42, Construction World, and category publications based on data we have access to (e.g., aggregated CPL benchmarks across forty retainers). The work is slower than paid; the asset compounds for years.

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end SEO audits and execute the 12-month roadmap for 4-6 retainers
  • Build content briefs and partner with the editorial team — minimum 12-18 pieces per month per retainer at multi-vertical tier
  • Track rankings, organic traffic, qualified-lead volume, and revenue attribution. Write the monthly editorial readout focused on the four metrics that matter
  • Develop link-building strategies — editorial-pitch outreach, NOT vanity directory submission

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years on Indian-market clients (real estate, education, B2B)
  • Strong with Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, and analytics
  • Direct experience with structured data (Schema.org), Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, and E-E-A-T-grade content production
  • Editorial sensibility — you have written or commissioned editorial content yourself, not just briefed it
