Real estate lead generation can be a daunting task for developers. With limited resources and tight budgets, it can be difficult to acquire new real estate leads quickly and effectively.

That’s why the Dev Sai Group turned to us for help. We created an effective lead generation system that generated 3,000 high-quality leads in just one month!

Objective

Dev Sai group hired a real estate consultant company that had committed 50+ bookings per month to the builder. It approached us to promote two of its projects – Le Solitairian Group in Sector 136, Noida, and Sportshome in Noida Extension. The aim was to increase the number of leads generated, as well as to generate more high-quality leads.

The AAJNeeti Strategies

We ran video ad campaigns on Meta using a lookalike audience. Our video content was focused on building trust with potential real estate buyers, featuring interviews with existing owners who talked about their experiences.

We also combined our video ad campaigns with targeted search and display ads to reach a larger audience. Our keyword targeting was focused on generating brand awareness for Dev Sai Group’s projects and creating visibility for those looking to invest in real estate in Noida.

We paid 300 rupees per lead and created separate landing pages for each project, ensuring that the Dev Sai Group was able to track and measure the success of their campaigns. We generated 3,000 leads in one month which had a cost of Rs 9,00,000 + 18% GST.

The real estate consultant was able to close 55 deals, and thus, the cost per sale for the ad spent was around 16,300 rupees.

Results

We successfully generated 100 leads per day for both projects – with 60% qualified leads. We achieved 7-8% visits and about 1.8% booking conversions.

We overachieved our lead goals by 20% and the client was very pleased with the results. The Dev Sai Group was able to increase its conversion rate by 25%.
