The other day Alok Kumar Singh – AAJneeti’s cool MD – shared with us that we have to stop the leads for Fusion Homes for one of our clients – Mr. Arvinder. As a normal reaction, we all hung our heads. Usually, it happens when we lose a client. Facebook Ads have been really treacherous recently – and our lead-generation efforts have taken a severe hit because of that!
Such a scenario would spark a long and tedious brainstorming session about what we did wrong and what else could we do to get better results.
Not this time!
Alok’s face was beaming. We were looking at him to share why he is so happy losing a client.
The client had asked us to promote his property aggressively before the weekend. We had given everything we had. And yet, Alok was asking us to pause all campaigns unexpectedly.
So, here came the gem. Alok shared that the client called him and said, “Bhai, ruk jao! Kya kar diya tumne? We have received 200+ leads in just 3 days – and we are expecting at least 25% site visits this weekend. We can’t handle any more leads right now. Please pause the lead generation campaign until we give the go-ahead.”
We were all so proud of the team and Alok for this success. This indeed was a moment to cherish! We had outdone ourselves and lived up to our motto – We Deliver More Than You Expect!
