What We Promoted:
We promoted Agra Real Estate Showcase 2025 by Jenika Ventures as a one-day event where guests could meet NCR’s top developers under one roof.
The event was pitched as a rare opportunity to interact with top-tier real estate brands at one place, so that guests could explore their options, compare and evaluate them, and benefit from event-only discounts and deals on some of the best real estate projects in Delhi NCR.
The event was held in Holiday Inn, Agra on 30th November, 2025 from 10 am to 7 pm.
How We Approached It:
At AAJneeti, we treat each project and each event as unique and exclusive. For this one, we dug into our past 5 years’s records to see which brands have the most acceptability in Agra.
We found that people in Agra are most interested in projects from real estate brands like Godrej, Prestige, Sobha, Smartworld, M3M, DLF, Central Park, Lodha, L&T Realty, Max Estates, Experion, Emaar, Birla Estates, Gaurs, Omaxe, ACE Group, Jaypee, Tribeca (Trump Towers), Elan, Bhutani, Danube (Dubai), Dynamix Group, and more.
We invited these brands to showcase their most in-demand projects in the event. And we marketed the event to help it reach the right kind of audience – first-time real estate investors, families looking forward to move to the NCR market, businessmen and professionals who want to explore Dubai properties, and elite business owners looking for premium properties.
We encouraged visitors to come with their families and carry their Aadhar card, Pan card, and chequebook, so they could benefit from the event-only deals and discounts.

What Did the Event Offer:
- It allowed guests to explore a range of residential and commercial projects at one place.
- Interested buyers and investors could speak directly with official brand representatives.
- People in Agra could get one-on-one consultations on investment and home-buying decisions from seasoned professionals.
We Spent:
